The question doesn’t really make much sense. The purpose of a buffer is to keep the pH the same.
My guess for PCR is that the pH stays the same. DNA can only stay natured in specific pH conditions

pH is critical to success of PCR and can be manipulated to provide ideal conditions for various target lengths.
