    Memory Viewer hacking.

    I used a program made by the creator of The Rockman EXE Zone to generate dialogue data, imported it, made a savestate, then enacted and recorded this cutscene until it looked right. Then I skipped to the battle savestate and did the battle (which is on my patch, Timaeus Patch v19.2 so far, v20.1 coming soon) and recorded it. Afterwards the ending scene, and then added fades with video editing.

    NO. This is called a HACK. That is, unless you can prove me wrong. Give me a gameshark cheat that makes this cutscene.

    Oh yeah, that’s right. But either way if I meet the guy who’s
    big idea was it to not it in the english version I’m kicking his butt!
    Cause really those are are some awsome chips !

    It isn’t banned. It was just not put into the US version for no reason. I hacked it back into the game with my patch.
